With over 20 years of industry experience, she now leads both the salons and Mala Beauty Academy, combining heritage techniques with modern beauty expertise.

Operations & Finance ManagerSim oversees operations across both Mala locations, helping ensure every part of the business runs smoothly. Alongside management, she also specialises in brows, lash lifts, and nail artistry, combining creativity with a strong eye for detail.

Senior Beauty TherapistHaving been part of the team for over 10 years, Dace is a specialist in body waxing, intimate waxing, facials, Japanese facials, massage, microneedling, and skin treatments. Known for her expertise and client care, she delivers treatments with a calm, considered approach.
